Bob offers residential and commercial sales brokerage, investment analysis, consulting, association management, and property management. Over his multi-decade career, Bob has served as President of the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors, President of the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors, and charter President of the NC association of commercial Realtors. He is an alum of Duke University and holds the GRI, CCIM, CRS, and SRES designations.

On the community level, Bob enjoys working with charities. He continues to support hospitals and group homes as a Mason and Shriner.
