To download our Rental Application, right-click and select "Save As". You can complete the application on your computer and print it for submission along with your application fees. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns - we'll work with you.
Once your application has been approved, you will need to remit a Security Deposit to Carter Realty in the form of a Cashier's Check or Money Order. We will then hold the property for you and prepare a lease.
When your rent payments will be made by a family member or guardian, we may ask you to complete the Guaranty Form along with your guarantor (similar to a co-signer). Helpful for students.
